Many of us carry our stress in the shoulders. This workshop will assist you in recognizing when you are 'carrying the world' on your shoulders and how to release the tension and strain you feel.
A must for those who do repetitive work at a desk or table.

Two Hours to Better Posture
"Don't slouch! Sit up straight!" How many times did you hear that directive as a child? And how often as an adult does the same old tape run in your head as you slump down in your favorite chair?
We would all like to have better posture but if it were simply a case of willpower or desire everyone would be sitting in alignment all the time.
Get out of the slumps and change that well-worn posture that stresses our backs and creates all manner of problems as we age.
Learn some strategies that will help you to change your posture once and for all.
Workshop Time: 2 - 4pm
There is a registration fee for each course of $50, payable in advance. Please check with Sandra before sending in the registration form as space is limited. Registration cut off is one week prior to the workshop. In the event that more people want to take the workshop than there are spaces available, the workshop will be run a second time.

The size of the workshop will be limited to 5 participants and your registration is confirmed on receipt of the completed registration form and full payment of $50.
NOTE:
In the event that you wish to cancel, a $10 administrative fee is non-refundable. The Deadline for registration and cancellation is one week prior to the workshop. Please note that after this point there will be no refund unless you find someone to fill your place. If there are spaces still available, people can register after the deadline but need to contact me first.
