About Feldenkrais
What is the Feldenkrais Method®?
We have a long and a short version to that answer.
The short version is that Feldenkrais® teaches your body to move with ease while minimizing pain or discomfort.
The slightly longer version is that the Feldenkrais Method® is an educational system that uses movement to expand and refine self awareness.
Anyone can benefit from Feldenkrais®. Whether you want to improve movement repertoire (like dancers, musicians, artists), or you want to reduce pain or limitations in movement.
To sum it up, Feldenkrais® is it for anyone that wants to improve their general well-being, personal development and quality of life.

Using the Feldenkrais Method, you will:
- become aware of existing patterns that don't work,
- introduce new effortless movements to your existing movement repertoire and
- integrate these movements so they become spontaneous and are now the improved “norm”.
