About Sandra
Sandra may chum around with some strange people, or at least their bones, but that's what Feldenkrais is all about, learning how to move your body and support yourself with your bones first, muscles second.
She also believes in people and their ability to become their very best; whether it is physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, or a combination of any or all.
"I believe that each individual has the ability to learn and develop their potential when given opportunities congruent with their needs and present understandings. Using the Feldenkrais Method®, it is possible for a person to access this potential and to begin to function in ways that allow for new freedom of movement and spontaneity in all aspects of life."

Sandra Bradshaw is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner® who has practiced out of her home in Kelowna, British Columbia since 1999.
A former special education teacher, she has been a member of the BC College of Teachers since 1978. With over 900 hours of in-class training in the Feldenkrais Method®, Sandra brings a wealth of experience to her work.
As a Functional Movement Specialist, Sandra's experience using the Feldenkrais Method® has been successful in helping people improve the quality of their lives.
