There is nothing easy about lifting something heavy overhead.

If you’re a frequent flier you may be doing this more often than you’d like when you put your luggage in the overhead bin. Most people are inclined to raise their shoulders when their arms lift, but this isn’t functional as it doesn’t give you the support you need from underneath.
