Feldenkrais® Functional Integration® Video - dialogue with client after car accident

August 29, 2013

Although the Feldenkrais Method® is all about movement it is often on the level of feeling the muscles firing rather than executing large movements. For this reason viewing a Feldenkrais® Functional Integration® lesson can be like watching paint dry—you know something is happening but can’t see what it is. For this reason I decided to do a short series of Functional Integration videos where the client and I dialogue about the process giving the watcher more understanding of the process. Pamela Lynch kindly consented to having her sessions videoed for this purpose after her car accident.

The video series can be found on Sandra's YouTube channel.

Sessions were held over a four week period, and Pamela's recommendation can be found on LinkedIn.
